    1. Qualification :

  • Preferably candidates of Papuan origin

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field.

  • At minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program coordination or stakeholder/community engagement.

  • Having strong skill for planning, coordination, and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote or field environments.

  • Clear and effective communication both written and verbal, ability to explain and convey messages about complex issues; strong influencing skills.

  • Ability to work independently to deliver business objectives, ability to work in multi-cultural environment with other internal functions and external stakeholders and government representatives.

  • Experience in gathering strategic/complex information and synthesising/presenting it efficiently both orally and in written to help developing business solutions, plans and priorities.

  • Able to manage the stress caused by the volatile external dynamic as well as enjoys difficult negotiations to solve problems.

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written

  • Work experience in Papua is preferred
